A&M Roofing Services was established in 2005 to address roofing issues within a large portfolio of commercial buildings controlled by one of our national clients. Services provided include on-site roof inspections, surveys, life-cycle analysis, strategies to extend the life of a roof, as well as long-term budgeting, specification writing, contract administration and construction management. This information can be maintained on a secure database available via the internet.
These services have been provided in various markets including Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Louisiana, and Washington DC. Catastrophic property damage assessment and emergency maintenance was also provided in New Orleans and Florida following Hurricane Katrina.
